Every retailer that emails you a receipt — which is essentially all of them. For brands with their own portal (Reformation, Sézane, etc.) we guide you through it with a one-tap deep link. For partners with label-free drop-off (3,000+ through Happy Returns), we generate a QR and you're done.
We only read what we need — order confirmations and return-related emails. Nothing leaves our servers. You can disconnect any time, and we delete everything on request within 24 hours.
Snap a photo of the receipt and add it manually. Works as both a return record and receipt-loss insurance — we keep it on file for up to a year.
Yes. We bring the label and packaging at pickup, hand it to a courier, and track it all the way to the warehouse. Your refund lands in the original payment method, same as a normal return.
$9 per pickup, flat — no matter how many items. Same-day pickup is $14. Subscribers (coming later) get unlimited pickups for $19/month.
